Urban Outfitters has been killing it this summer. There was a moment a few months back where I was about to give up on them, I felt that their styles were getting too ‘basic’, and too ‘young’. Maybe I had a fever that was making me delusional or something because Urban has had amazing styles all summer! I don’t know why I was go quick to give up on one of my go-to places to shop. Although sometimes pricey their styles are worth it, I rarely have issues with quality when shopping with Urban Outfitters and, find the clothes always fit perfectly. This jumpsuit, for example, is one of my favorite purchases. The babydoll fit is so comfortable, and the lightweight chiffon fabric flares out into an easy to wear wide leg jumpsuit. It almost looks like a midi dress when you’re wearing it.
The jumpsuit is a pale pink color patterned with tiny pale white-ish/ yellow flowers all over it. The neutral pastels match everything, including my fluffy Zara sandals. Who can resist sandals with feathers on them?? Not me!
Neutral color palettes can be very difficult to were when you have pale skin. It’s rare that I find something that I don’t completely blend in with. My advice is to look for neutral fabric that have some kind of pattern on them, like the small flowers on this jumpsuit. You can also break up the look with your accessories, I didn’t do it here but a bold necklace or belt will help break up the look so you don’t blend in with your outfit. A nice tan could also help *crying laughing emoji* but, lets be real, who has time for that!
